Little River RV Park at Durhamtown

1.  Each site must be kept clean of debris and kept orderly. All trash MUST be placed in the provided facility. (Dumpster is located at the west end of main gravel entrance road).

2.  The quiet time is 10:00pm. There shall be NO loud music, engine revving, or riding of any offroad vehicle between 10pm and 8am.

3. NO RV washing unless approved by management.

4. Campers must be functional and orderly. This is NOT a junk yard.

5. We have the right to refuse service to anyone based on camper condition.

6. Canopies or sheds may be built but will need to be APPROVED by management.

7. Fishing IS allowed in all ponds. The ponds are catch and release.

8. Parents are responsible for children at ALL times.

9. Animals MUST be on a leash.

10. NO firearm discharge in campground.

11. NO fireworks are allowed.

12. NO HUNTING at the RV Park.

13. ALL kids 12 and under MUST be supervised by an adult anytime on a motorized vehicle.

14. Facility ONLY allows golf carts, e-bikes, and mountain bikes on RV Park trails.

15.  NO operating a motorized vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

16.  NO riding of ANY kind in grassy areas. (ATV, dirt bike, SXS, bicycle, golf cart, vehicles)

17.  Helmets are REQUIRED while operating or riding an ATV, SXS, or dirt bike.

18.  MUST have a proper armband before entering the trails at Offroad Adventures at Durhamtown.

19.  NO excessive riding ATVS, Bikes, or SXS around the park at any time. Guest MUST always obey IDLE speed throughout Little River RV Park.

 

Park Rule Violations:

1st time – Warning

2nd time – EVICTION and NO REFUND on Site Rental OR Offroad Adventure Ride Bands.k
